LYNETTE

Ann Lynette batt, my mother the ideation of strength and courage, Not only a mother but a friend. The definition of “mother” is to bring up a child with care and affection I not only had this from my own mother but witnessed my mother put her me and my sister before herself, this gave me the determination to design for women like my mother, as a designer I strive to create designs and clothing that give women the strength and courage that I see within my mother, I’ve decided to use “LYNETTE” as the collections title as its my mothers middle name and is the French definition for “IDOL” which is exactly how I see my mother in my eyes and how id love women to feel while wearing my clothing.

Ann Lynette Batt, fy mam, yr ymgorfforiad o gadernid a dewrder. Nid yn unig mam ond ffrind. Mam yw rhywun sy’n magu plentyn gyda gofal ac anwyldeb, a dyna a gefais gan fy mam fy hun, ond gallaf dystio iddi roi fi a’m chwaer yn gyntaf ar ei thraul ei hun hefyd. Dyma a’m gwnaeth i’n benderfynol i ddylunio ar gyfer menywod fel fy mam. Fel dylunydd, rwy’n ymlafnio i greu dyluniadau a dillad i fenywod sy’n rhoi’r un cadernid a dewrder iddyn nhw ag rwy’n ei weld yn fy mam. Penderfynais ddefnyddio “LYNETTE” fel teitl y casgliad, gan mai dyna enw canol fy mam. Yn Ffrainc, mae’r enw’n golygu “EILUN” – dyna’n union sut rydw i’n gweld fy mam, a sut yr hoffwn i fenywod deimlo wrth wisgo fy nillad i.
