Koffee provides an insightful glimpse to Cardiff’s independent coffee scene, It focuses on great coffee but more importantly the personalities of the coffee shops behind the unique flavours and communities they create. Coffee can be linked to some of the better moments in our lives but more so it can be tied to a sense of place and community. For years now independent coffee shops around Cardiff have been serving great tasting coffee, each one providing their own unique spin to their coffee and can be explored throughout the city.

Koffee is a short ephemeral booklet, we are passionate about coffee and their creators. We believe that coffee is experienced through more than just taste its experienced through culture, community and scenery, all feeding into the aroma, tones, and flavours of the blends. Koffee is the fresh eyes into the thriving independent coffee scene within Cardiff and captures what makes cities independent coffee unique.

Mae Koffee yn rhoi cipolwg ar sîn coffi annibynnol Caerdydd. Mae’n canolbwyntio ar goffi gwych ond yn bwysicach, ar bersonoliaethau’r siopau coffi sy’n cynnig y blasau a’r cymunedau unigryw a grëir ganddynt. Gellir cysylltu coffi â rhai o’r adegau gorau yn ein bywydau ond hefyd, gellir ei gysylltu ag ymdeimlad o le a chymuned. Am flynyddoedd nawr, mae siopau coffi annibynnol o amgylch Caerdydd wedi bod yn gweini coffi sy’n blasu’n wych, gyda phob un yn cynnig ei choffi unigryw ei hun a gellir eu darganfod ledled y ddinas.

Llyfryn byr dros dro yw Koffee. Rydym yn angerddol am goffi a’r bobl sy’n ei greu. Rydym yn credu bod coffi yn cael ei brofi drwy fwy na dim ond blas. Caiff ei brofi drwy ddiwylliant, cymuned ac amgylchedd, gyda phopeth yn cyfrannu at arogl, arlliw a blas y cymysgedd. Mae Koffee yn rhoi cipolwg o’r newydd ar y sîn coffi annibynnol sy’n ffynnu yng Nghaerdydd ac yn crynhoi’r hyn sy’n gwneud coffi annibynnol y ddinas yn unigryw
