This body of work explores the behaviours and types of online trolls and aims to provoke viewers to question themselves about their actions online. Everyone is entitled to freedom of speech however, has this got mixed up with bullying?
We are all aware of online trolling, however many online participants may not be so aware to a certain extent and therefore dont realise the actions and consequences involved. Encouraging viewers to question their actions online and to get involved in a conversation about this cause can lead to future participants being more cautious of what they are doing online.
Shining a Light on online trolling is designed to inform you of the types of Trolls and their behaviours and a typographic detailed exploration of what trolling is. It has been created with a CSI metaphor to highlight that this cause can result in a crime being committed.
