Throughout history beauty ideals and perceptions of beauty have been forever changing, no one knows what tomorrows perfect will look like.”

My project is designed to take you on a journey through time to experience the different ideals of beauty, and perceptions of beauty, you can experience how drastically and often that the trends change. How ten years can make a world of difference in respect of what we would see on the cover of magazines.

I am hoping to educate people and bring you the reality of body image and how it’s affecting everyday health, not just in women, or a younger audience but everyone. My campaigns main goal is to address the forever growing mental health issues that have been associated with body image, we aim to do this by showing past and present examples of ideals and beauty this is used to emphasise that beauty if forever changing – perfection is ever changing.

Drwy oesoedd hanes mae delfrydau harddwch a chanfyddiadau o harddwch wedi bod yn newid yn barhaus, does neb yn gwybod beth fydd yn cael ei ystyried yn berffaith yfory. Nod fy mhrosiect yw eich tywys ar daith drwy amser i brofi gwahanol ddelfrydau o harddwch, a chanfyddiadau o harddwch. Gallwch brofi pa mor eithafol ac aml mae’r tueddiadau’n newid. Sut y gall deng mlynedd wneud byd o wahaniaeth o ran beth fydden ni’n ei weld ar gloriau cylchgronau.

Rwy’n gobeithio addysgu pobl a chyflwyno realiti delwedd corff a sut mae’n effeithio ar iechyd bob dydd, nid ar fenywod yn unig, na chynulleidfa iau, ond ar bawb. Prif nod fy ymgyrchoedd yw mynd i’r afael â’r problemau iechyd meddwl cynyddol parhaus sydd wedi bod yn gysylltiedig â delwedd corff. Rydym yn ceisio gwneud hyn trwy ddangos enghreifftiau o ddelfrydau a harddwch o’r gorffennol a’r presennol. Defnyddir hyn i bwysleisio bod harddwch yn newid yn barhaus – mae perffeithrwydd yn newid yn barhaus.
