What if WE are the next software update? What would happen if the virtual became the reality?

Over the course of the year, I have been exploring Net-art; an elusive, internet-based art form and its possibilities. In order to create my own online platform, I have had to learn coding, a computer programming language. A complex combination of numbers, letters and symbols has allowed me to create what you see in front of you.

My online platform invites you into an updated, superior future where you no longer hold the device, but the device holds you. A place where evolution knows no bounds, the possibilities are endless, and the selfies are perfect. What are you waiting for?

Beth os mai NI yw’r diweddariad meddalwedd nesaf? Beth fyddai’n digwydd pe bai’r rhithwir yn dod yn realiti?

Yn ystod y flwyddyn, rydw i wedi bod yn archwilio “Net-art”; ffurf gelf anodd ei diffinio wedi’i lleoli ar y rhyngrwyd, a’r posibiliadau ynghlwm wrthi. Er mwyn creu fy llwyfan ar-lein fy hun, bu’n rhaid i mi ddysgu codio, iaith raglennu gyfrifiadurol. Mae cyfuniad cymhleth o rifau, llythrennau a symbolau wedi caniatáu i mi greu’r hyn rydych chi’n ei weld o’ch blaen.

Mae fy llwyfan ar-lein yn eich gwahodd i ddyfodol uwchraddol wedi’i ddiweddaru lle mae’r ddyfais sy’n eich dal chi, yn hytrach na’ch bod chi’n dal y ddyfais. Dyma le nad oes ffiniau i esblygiad, lle nad oes terfyn i bosibiliadau, a lle mae’r hunluniau’n berffaith. Am beth ydych chi’n aros?

We have never been so connected yet so alone. The internet has become integral to our daily lives, no element of our existence seems untouched by it. But have we been caught and paralysed in the web? We are constantly on display and exposed, yet anonymous. We seem to...

My work is currently exploring texture and abstraction, with acrylic paint being my main medium through the repetitive motion of building layers. I am presently experimenting with wallpaper and plaster, by layering through a variety of applications, such as sanding,...

I would describe my art as confessional; I take inspiration from my life events and feelings surrounding these experiences, I translate this through my work. I see my practice as a portal from my life in which I can lose myself and explore the deepest truths of my...

I have recently been exploring ideas related to the home and memory, and how they form identity. I am interested in how to defy the imperative to follow a linear structure in personal narrative and instead look for a more honest depiction of memory, which is itself...
