With this body of work, I aim to comment on the challenges and absurdities of the UK school system. By using a variety of concept art, I have formed a world full of fierce and fantastical creatures that mirror the people and situations we often face at school, looking at these experiences in a different light. This story that I have created follows an introverted student, taken from their usual school and thrown into Creature’s Academy. In this strange new school, you will often be dealing with teachers who forget their purpose to teach and abuse their position of power, as well as other students who are constantly out to get you. Maybe this place is not so unfamiliar, after all.

Gyda’r corff hwn o waith, fy nod yw rhoi sylwadau ar heriau a natur absẃrd system ysgolion y DU. Drwy ddefnyddio celfyddyd cysyniadau amrywiol, rydw i wedi ffurfio byd sy’n llawn creaduriaid ffyrnig a ffantastig sy’n adlewyrchu’r bobl a’r sefyllfaoedd a wynebwn yn yr ysgol yn aml, gan edrych ar y profiadau hyn mewn goleuni gwahanol. Mae’r stori hon rydw i wedi’i chreu yn dilyn myfyriwr mewnblyg, a gafodd ei gymryd o’i ysgol arferol a’i daflu i Academi’r Creaduriaid. Yn yr ysgol newydd ryfedd hon, byddwch yn ymdopi’n aml ag athrawon sy’n anghofio mai eu pwrpas yw addysgu ac sy’n camddefnyddio eu pŵer, yn ogystal â myfyrwyr eraill sydd am wneud tro gwael â chi’n gyson. Efallai nad yw’r lle hwn mor anghyfarwydd wedi’r cyfan.
