From a set of floor plans, developed and presented here is my proposal for the development of a prime site situated adjacent to The Senedd in Cardiff Bay.
The brief set expectations for the structural and finish decisions to be specified, whilst maintaining a previous internal layout. Beyond the basic construction coordination of chosen materials and finishes, there was also a need to add to the area a building that proudly displays both sustainable ideologies and technology.
Presented are a sample set of drawings, both planning and construction, to RIBA Plan of Work Stage 4, together with presentation sheets highlighting the proposed landscaping of the site and how the area will be enhanced by the development.

Pennodd y briff ddisgwyliadau am benderfyniadau strwythurol a gorffeniad i’w pennu, wrth gynnal diwyg mewnol blaenorol. Tu hwnt i gydlynu adeiladwaith sylfaenol deunyddiau a gorffeniadau a ddewisir, roedd angen ychwanegu adeilad at yr ardal sy’n dangos yn falch ideolgau a thechnoleg cynaliadwy hefyd.
Mae set enghreifftiol o luniau yn cael ei chyflwyno, rhai cynllunio ac adeiladu, i Gynllun Gwaith Cyfnod 4 RIBA, ynghyd â dalenni cyflwyno sy’n amlygu tirluniad arfaethedig y safle a sut y caiff yr ardal ei gwella gan y datblygiad.
