Bolivian Essence is a collection of surface pattern designs inspired by a trip to Bolivia, taking objects and textures from the landlocked South American country into pattern through the mediums of collage and paper cutting. Inspiration comes from every aspect of Bolivia, from the traditional Quechua textiles, the Cholitas dressed in their big skirts with bowler hats, to manmade reed buildings situated on the shores of Lake Titicaca. The collection has been designed for lifestyle products such as cushions, stationery and other small items like phone cases, bringing a pop of the bright and colourful Bolivian culture into items that are used every day.

Mae Bolivian Essence yn gasgliad o ddyluniadau patrymau arwyneb sydd wedi’i ysbrydoli gan daith i Bolifia, ac mae’n cynnwys defnyddio gwrthrychau a gweadwaith o’r wlad dirgaeedig yn Ne America mewn patrymau drwy gyfrwng collage a thorri papur. Daw’r ysbrydoliaeth o bob agwedd ar Bolifia, yn amrywio o decstilau Quechua traddodiadol, pobl y Cholitas yn gwisgo sgyrtiau mawr a hetiau bowler, hyd at adeiladau o frwyn o waith llaw wedi’u lleoli ar lannau Llyn Titicaca. Mae’r casgliad wedi’i ddylunio ar gyfer cynhyrchion dulliau byw megis clustogau, deunyddiau ysgrifennu ac eitemau bach megis casys ffôn, gan roi arlliw o ddiwylliant llachar a lliwgar Bolifia i eitemau a fydd yn cael eu defnyddio bob dydd.
