This body of work aims to change the way people speak about the anxiety-disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. OCD is a serious mental illness, effecting around 750,000 people in the UK, and too often the term ‘a little bit OCD’ is used to describe behaviours which are very far from being OCD. This misconception leads many people to suffer in silence and because of this, this work hopes to relieve the stigma surrounding the illness.

Nod y gwaith hwn yw newid y ffordd y mae pobl yn siarad am yr anhwylder gorbryder, Anhwylder Gorfodaeth Obsesiynol. Mae Anhwylder Gorfodaeth Obsesiynol neu OCD yn salwch meddwl difrifol, sy’n effeithio ar tua 750,000 o bobl yn y DU, ac yn rhy aml caiff y term ‘braidd yn OCD’ ei ddefnyddio i ddisgrifio ymddygiadau sy’n bell iawn o fod yn Anhwylder Gorfodaeth Obsesiynol mewn gwirionedd. Mae’r camsyniad hwn yn golygu bod yn rhaid i lawer o bobl ddioddef mewn tawelwch ac oherwydd hyn, mae’r gwaith yn gobeithio lleihau’r stigma sy’n gysylltiedig â’r salwch.
