Hello, my name is Jamie. I feel the culmination of a designs value revolves around its contribution to individuals and our planets environment. Its value falls upon the new patterns it creates and the existing standards it challenges. I pride myself in holding this key principle at the heart of my design. Projects I have completed thus far aim to integrate our planets needs with our own through implementing user-centric design processes. This aspiration is present across all of my projects as I attempt to encapsulate the true need for new design, individually or within a collaborative context. My skillset has grown through the application of my design education in viable solutions to complex problems which are socially and environmentally responsible. My proficiency to incorporate beautiful visual styles and communication methods allows a designs true value to be fully appreciated. This is supplemented by my ability to marathon ideas through to rapid prototypes and resolved concepts within strict deadlines. I thrive in a leadership position ensuring each individual within a team fully applies themselves to any given design challenge. Being able to adapt to any situation is increasingly beneficial in a densely populated world filled with design opportunities. So, ensuring my design is responsive and even reflective of contemporary issues is paramount to me as an individual.

A standalone user app that is apart of the “Festival +” system, which provides accurate festival navigation through What3Words and the ability to form social groups and locate any friends. Along with the possibility to monitor your festival expenditure. The app can be used alongside the GPS based panic device to improve the overall user experience and aims to reduce the occurrence of drug related deaths in a festival environment.

The panic device attaches to your festival wristband to ensure you receive the help you need at the press of a button. One activated a SOS GPS location is broadcasted to all near festival personnel. Also includes a RFID chip which facilitates seamless in festival purchases.
