Shore is a company that strives for a plastic free world, be it refusal of single use plastic products or cleaning the environment to dispose of plastic for good. With Shores app it acts as a platform to connect like minded people to help clean up the environment and stop potential problems in the future. The app is designed to be easy and simple to understand and use for best possible effect for a range of user’s, it allows each user to create an account and connect with people they know, along with meet new people. Within the app user’s can browse through they’re feed, edit they’re profile and message back and forth between user’s. Alongside connecting with other user’s, they can set up and run event’s such as beach clean up’s, of which user’s can join and find out all the information about the event through the group page, and also have a group conversation for any additional information needed. There is also a daily tip’s page which shore will post to daily and keep user’s updated of the latest news to do with the environment, user’s are also able to share they’re own tip’s towards becoming plastic free.
