This project is based on the development of a vacant riverside site at Newport, South Wales. This project is to design a new public library for the city to replace the existing central library in John Frost Square. The main design of my proposed building is a cantilever floor that is built on the top floor that overhangs over the riverside with a wavy facade design, that will represent the main feature of my proposed building.
