My work explores student life as a journey and as a phenomenon. The images offer a glimpse into what its like to be today’s student, from crazy and spontaneous moments to confusing and sad times. The rollercoaster of student life is something that can be understood either through experience, or through illustration. This project is for the people wanting to come and study in Cardiff Met, for current students who need something to relate to, and for those who are generally curious. The project has been created from personal and shared experiences, using every kind of reference from the real world.

Mae fy ngwaith yn archwilio bywyd myfyrwyr yn daith ac yn ffenomen. Mae’r delweddau’n rhoi cipolwg ar fywyd nodweddiadol myfyriwr heddiw, o eiliadau gwallgof a digymell hyd at amseroedd dryslyd a thrist. Mae bywyd anwadal myfyriwr yn rhywbeth y gellir ei ddeall drwy brofiad neu drwy ddarluniadau enghreifftiol. Mae’r prosiect hwn ar gyfer y bobl fydd am ddod i astudio ym Met Caerdydd, ar gyfer y myfyrwyr presennol y bydd angen rhywbeth arnyn nhw y gallan nhw uniaethu â fe, ac ar gyfer y rheiny a fydd yn chwilfrydig yn gyffredinol. Cafodd y prosiect ei greu o brofiadau personol a rhai fydd wedi’u rhannu, gan ddefnyddio pob math o gyfeiriadau o’r byd go iawn.
