I believe design should strike the balance between high functionality and aesthetics, without compromising the use of sustainable and ethical practises. As an environmentally consciences, user-centred designer, I apply this philosophy to every design situation I encounter. My application of a highly critical and iterative design process best places my skills in the latter stages of development, focusing on conceptualisation and detailed design. User testing and feedback is one of the key methods I adopt in order to ensure that the product is developed in line with the necessary requirements of the target market.

Rwy’n credu y dylai dylunio daro cydbwysedd rhwng ymarferoldeb datblygedig ac esthetig, heb gyfaddawdu’r defnydd o arferion cynaliadwy a moesegol. Fel dylunydd amgylcheddol gydwybodol sy’n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr, rwy’n cymhwyso’r athroniaeth hon i bob sefyllfa ddylunio y dof ar ei thraws. Mae fy nghymhwysiad o broses ddylunio hynod feirniadol ac iteraidd yn lleoli fy sgiliau orau yn y camau datblygu hwyrach, gan ganolbwyntio ar gysyniadu a dylunio manwl. Profi ac adborth gan ddefnyddwyr yw un o’r prif ddulliau a fabwysiadaf i sicrhau y datblygir y cynnyrch yn unol â gofynion angenrheidiol y farchnad darged.
