BA (Hons) Animation

The Wicked Tanuki is a story of a family of animals, inspired by an old Japanese folktale. Across a river lies a bridge and in either side sit two very different lands; one a mysterious forest and the other a bustling human village. Through use of both digital animation and art in combination with handmade practical sets, “The Wicked Tanuki” tells the story of Little Tanuki, his family and the ongoing conflict between the two lands.
